The whole drying line combines closed type heat pump dehumidification drying technology with belt transmission drying mode; Circulation hot air through, stratified air drying and fast drying speed to meet the requirements of material drying process better. The belt dryer line adopts multi-layer design,utomatically roll,ing materials,uniform heating and short drying cycle to ensure high efficiency,high yield and top drying quality.

B. Intelligent Internet technology
Using PLC and touch screen automatic intelligent control mode, centralized control technology operation management is automatically completed by the micro computer; Intelligent control for the  temperature and humidity of the drying materials with stable performance; Drying data,cloud backup drying process and intelligent management can be easily achieved by By remote control of human-computer interaction interface.

C. Automated operation
By using industrial automation design to easily achieve automatic loading & delivering materials and drying while running; In the aspect of loading and collecting materials,continuous drying is more time and labor saving compared to static drying loading.

D. Safe and environmental friendly
